For any purchase exceeding €150, we are pleased to offer free shipping globally. For orders under this amount, we provide international shipping at a flat rate of €15.
An express shipping option is available at checkout for quicker delivery. For our Danish customers, shipping is available at a reduced rate of €10.
All our ornaments are dispatched from our base in Copenhagen, Denmark. EU customers can shop assuredly, as there are no additional taxes or fees. Customers outside the EU may be subject to local taxes or fees. For our Danish customers, drop-point delivery can be arranged - simply reach out to us for this service.
We can deliver to customers world-wide within 4-6 days of order.
For EU customers delivery will take 2-4 days. Exact shipping will be calculated at checkout.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will deduct the cost of return shipping when refunding your purchase.
Otherwise, you are free to arrange shipping yourself to the adress above. If the good are damaged, lost in transport or contains the wrong items, please contact us to find an appropriate solution.You can cancel the order after order if it yet to be shipped. However most orders are shipped same day.
