All our ornaments are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark, and in most cases, the price at checkout is the final price with no extra charges:

🇺🇸 USA:
Orders over $150: Shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — tariff-free for all U.S. customers. We cover all customs fees, import duties, and shipping costs. No additional charges - the checkout price is final.

Orders $150 or under: Shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). You are responsible for any import charges or duties collected by the carrier upon delivery. Shipping calculated at checkout.

🇪🇺 EU:
No import duties or extra charges. VAT is included. The price at checkout is final. 

🇬🇧 UK:
Free shipping on orders over £135. VAT is always included, and there are no import duties, taxes, or tariffs. The checkout price is final.

🇨🇦 Canada:
No import duties or tariffs. Local sales tax may apply at delivery, depending on your province.

🇦🇺 Australia:
Subject to 5% import duty and 10% GST

🌍 Rest of the World:
Most countries do not charge import duties on Christmas ornaments, but local taxes may apply.

We offer a 15-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@deusliving.com. Returns should be sent to: Amerika Plads 24B, 5.4., 2100 Copenhagen OE, Denmark

Please ensure you contact us before sending items back, as items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless you choose to arrange shipping yourself.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after return approval. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
